TELORIA

License agreement

This agreement is between you and Teloria. It applies when you become a member, and you accept it when you join. It is short and written in plain language, so please read it.

1. What Teloria is

Teloria is an education service that explains how financial markets work. It is not a broker, an investment adviser or a financial planner. Teloria never holds your money and never executes trades.

Everything Teloria publishes is general and the same for every reader. Nothing on Teloria is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any investment, and nothing is written for your personal situation.

2. Your decisions are your own

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions, including any decision you make after reading Teloria. Teloria is not responsible for gains or losses that result from them.

Investing involves risk, including losing money you invest, and past results do not predict future results. Before an important financial decision, consider your own situation and, where appropriate, talk to a licensed professional.

3. Accuracy

Lessons are written with the help of AI models and checked by a separate fact-check against official sources. We work hard to be accurate, but a lesson may still contain errors or become outdated.

Prices on Teloria are delayed and may be incomplete or wrong. Do not use them to trade.

4. Your license to use Teloria

While you are a member, Teloria gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to read its content for your own learning. Teloria may revoke this license if this agreement is broken.

You may share links to Teloria pages. Without written permission, you may not copy, republish, sell or distribute Teloria's content, collect it with automated tools, or use it to train AI models.

Your account and your invite are for you alone, so do not share them. Teloria and all of its content remain the property of Teloria.

5. Feedback you send

If you send ideas, bug reports or lesson suggestions, you allow Teloria to use them freely, without payment or obligation. A suggestion may inspire a general lesson, but no lesson is ever written for one person.

6. Membership is free today

Membership is currently free. In the future, Teloria may offer paid subscription plans.

No one will ever be moved to a paid plan or charged automatically. A paid plan applies only if you choose it yourself and agree to its price and terms at that time.

Teloria will always offer a free membership level. What each level includes may change over time.

Before any paid plan starts, and before any change to what the free level includes, we will tell members by email.

7. Your account

To become a member, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian who accepts this agreement for you. Keep your email account secure, because sign-in codes are sent there.

Teloria may suspend or end a membership that breaks this agreement or misuses the service.

You can stop using Teloria at any time and ask us to delete your account, as described in the privacy policy.

8. No guarantees

To the extent the law allows, Teloria is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the service will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, Teloria and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage that results from using Teloria or relying on its content.

9. Changes to this agreement

We may update this agreement. If a change is important, we will tell members by email and ask you to accept the new version on your account page.

10. Questions

Teloria is operated by Igor Alcantara. For questions about this agreement, write to luzzifuge@gmail.com. How we handle your information is explained in our privacy policy.
