Privacy policy

Teloria is operated by Igor Alcantara, an individual based in the United States. For any question or request about your information, write to luzzifuge@gmail.com.

• When you request an invite: your email address, your name, your preferred language, and, if you choose to give them, the country you grew up in and a message.
• When you sign in: your email address. If you sign in with Google, Google also shares your name and profile picture with our sign-in provider.
• When you are a member: the language, country and investing experience you choose in your account, and the topics you follow.
• When you are a member: the lessons you mark as complete, and the version and date of the license agreement you accepted.
• When you send feedback: what you write, the type of feedback and, for bug reports, the page you name. We keep our response to it.
• When you visit: a cookie that keeps you signed in and a cookie that remembers your language. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser type, for security.

We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and we never sell or rent your information.

To review invite requests and email you about them, to send sign-in codes, to show Teloria in your language with the most relevant lessons first, to show your progress, and to read and answer your feedback.

Your information is never used to write or change lessons or research. The software that produces content has no access to it, as described on our About page. →

We use a small number of service providers, who handle information only to provide their service to Teloria:

• Supabase: database and sign-in.
• Vercel: website hosting.
• Resend: delivery of sign-in, invite and feedback emails.
• Google: sign-in, only if you choose to sign in with Google.

Anthropic, whose AI models help write lessons, and Finnhub, which supplies market prices, receive no personal information.

We may disclose information if required by law.

We keep account information while your account exists and invite requests until they are decided. Ask us to delete your account or request at any time and we will do so within 30 days.

You can change your language, country and experience level on your account page at any time. To see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account, write to luzzifuge@gmail.com.

Teloria is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date below. If a change affects how we use information you already gave us, we will tell members by email.
