How the math works
- The mid-market rate is the rate halfway between what currency traders buy and sell at. A service that gives you a less favorable rate keeps the difference.
- The cost inside the rate is the amount sent multiplied by the markup. The flat fee is added to it.
- Some services also charge the person receiving the money or change their fees with the amount. Check each service's full price before comparing.
